Commissioning, Installation, Support


CyXplus can install its equipment, by sending its teams on site.


Once the hardware is on the operational site, CyXplus commissions the equipment and tests all the functions for acceptance purposes (SAT= Site Acceptance Tests).


CyXplus provides training services to assist customers with operation and first level maintenance of the equipment supplied.

Training is organized in the form of thematic modules that may relate to :

  • hardware aspects (maintenance),
  • operational aspects,
  • software aspects (data analysis).

Training may :

  • consist in theoretical and/or practical sessions,
  • take place in CyXplus premises or on customer site.

After Sales

CyXplus’ After Sales specialists are able to respond in less than 48 hours after a technical cause has been identified.
Depending on the type of operation and equipment, CyXplus either intervenes remotely or sends its qualified technicians to the site.

The work may involve either maintenance or repair.
