Cybernetix and CyXplus, both subsidiaries of the Technip Energies group in France, are
joining forces to create a new organization under the name T.EN Marseille.
This merger is part of a unified, integrated corporate strategy focused on shared objectives of
growth and research and development. By consolidating the Cybernetix and CyXplus teams
and operations at the Marseille site, Technip Energies will be able to foster collaboration and
improve operational efficiency, strengthening its position in the inspection, monitoring and
robotics sectors.
