CyXplus teams are ready to support customers from the installation and commissioning phases, through training, and technical support. CyXCT+series equipment are also available in-house to perform X-ray/Computed tomography services.
CyXplus can install its equipment, by dispatching its teams on site or using the support of local technical partners in various countries. Whenever it is relevant, CyXplus will also use its CyXRemote web based platform to provide guidance and remote support during installations operations
Once the hardware is operational on site, CyXplus commissions the equipment and tests all the functions for acceptance purposes (SAT= Site Acceptance Tests). CyXRemote platform can be used to remotely bring assistance during commissioning.
The training sessions may be performed on site, generally after commissioning, or through the CyXRemote platform.

CyXplus After Sales teams are ready to support you for a technical problem, a need of spare part supply, or assistance. In case of a technical problem, depending on the type of operation and equipment, CyXplus either intervenes remotely or sends its qualified technicians on site.
The work may involve either maintenance or repair.
CyXplus houses macro-focus and microfocus XR/CT CyXCT equipment from 130kV to 225 kV for service. Customers may send their parts for analysis, expertise, troubleshooting, reverse engineering, X-ray/CT R&D or feasibilities.

A web based plateform operated by Cyxplus provides interesting and relevant information for customers such as technical manuals, mechanical and electrical drawings, spare parts list dedicated to their machines.
CyXRemote brings useful information and tutorials for maintenance tasks as long as troubleshooting directives.
Video calls can be set up through CyXRemote to share live usefull directives and having interesting realtime feedback. Feature very interesting to remotely guide and support the technicians during troubleshooting and maintenance process.
CyXRemote is accessible through any web browser or using a dedicated application either on computer, smart phone or tablet (IOS and Android)
